Frequently asked questions.
Which companies is the AI Readiness Audit for?
Any organisation that develops or deploys AI systems - from startups with a single model in their product to corporations using third-party AI tools. If AI touches your customers, employees or business decisions, the audit makes sense.
What exactly do I get after 7 days?
A report classifying each assessed system by AI Act risk category, a gap analysis showing the missing compliance elements, and a prioritized implementation roadmap. In the Pro variant, additionally a draft AI Governance policy and a workshop with your board or IT team.
Does the audit cover AI systems from external vendors?
Yes. The AI Act imposes obligations not only on developers but also on organisations deploying AI systems (deployers). We also analyze the AI-powered SaaS tools you use - that is often where the unrecognized risk hides.
Is this a formal AI Act conformity assessment?
It is a readiness audit, not a certification. We assess where you stand against the requirements of Regulation 2024/1689 and what you need to do to achieve compliance. A formal conformity assessment for high-risk systems is a separate, longer process - the audit is its natural first step.
How much time does my team need to invest?
Usually 3-5 hours in total: a kick-off, sharing documentation and one Q&A session during the analysis. The sprint is designed not to block your product team's work.
I don't know whether my system falls under the AI Act at all. Where do I start?
Take our free AI Act Quick Check (in Polish) - a 2-minute test that gives a preliminary indication of your system's risk category. If the result shows high risk or uncertainty, the audit will give you certainty and an action plan.
