regulatory radar · as of 28 October 2026

Which deadlines apply to your company - and how much time is left.

The five regimes that most often touch technology companies, on one timeline. The countdown runs live and the lights tell you where it is urgent. No "it depends" - dates and legal bases.

deadline within 90 days or a fresh obligation (<12 months) deadline within a year or not yet set stable information

How to read the radar

Each track is one legal regime. The dots on the year ruler mark milestones; the list below shows exactly what applies, to whom, and under which provision. The countdown counts days to midnight of the given day, Polish time.

Lights are mechanical, not discretionary: red when a deadline falls within 90 days or an obligation entered into force less than a year ago (the moment authorities start asking about backlogs); amber when a deadline falls within a year or is not yet set; green when nothing is approaching. A regime's light is the worst of its milestones.

The radar does not replace an analysis of whether a given rule covers you at all - that is the first question I answer in a consultation. NIS2 is shown for information: the firm does not implement cybersecurity measures; it helps determine whether you are in scope and puts documentation in order.

Let the deadlines come to you

When a new deadline appears on the radar or an existing one moves, I write about it in the newsletter - with the date, the legal basis and who it applies to. At most two issues a month.
